Join a local group
Our local groups are a great way to meet other humanists in your area, share ideas, listen to fascinating talks and take part in great discussions afterward, and socialise in a fun and friendly environment.
If you’d like to meet with other humanists in your area our local groups are open to both members and non-members. Local groups are run by volunteers and offer the chance for humanists to meet other like minded people. Group meetings often include interesting guest speakers, lively discussions, and a chance to socialise. There’s also plenty of opportunities to get involved with the running of your local group if you’re interested. You can also check out your local group before joining.
We currently have local groups running in Argyll, Dumfries & Galloway, Edinburgh, Fife, and Glasgow.
