Values for Scotland's Third Sector

The Humanist Society Scotland is hosting a discussion event at SCVO's gathering about the future of Scotland's third sector. FREE TO ATTEND.

PLEASE NOTE: Places are limited and you must register in advance via the SCVO gathering website.

Come along and take part in Humanist Society Scotland’s national discussion on what values Scotland's third sector should seek across the policy landscape.

Featuring: Satwat Rehman, One Parent Families Scotland, Ewan Aitken, Cyrenians and Gordon MacRae, Humanist Society Scotland.

In what way does Scottish society expect our leaders to react to key challenges of the 2020s? What does multiculturalism, diversity and our increasingly fluid identities mean for how we citizens in Scotland relate, live and cooperate with one another? What will Brexit mean to the fundamental rights of citizens? How does Scotland’s third sector promote a compassionate and supportive society for all? Is our democracy fit for purpose and really represent every community in Scotland?

Join a panel of leaders from Scotland’s third sector for a discussion on Scotland’s future and how the charity sector can successfully shape it.

To register to attend please visit the SCVO Gathering website.
