The Wee Retreat CIC is a meditation and wellbeing centre in Southside Glasgow offering mindfulness meditation courses, retreats, and other wellbeing events to increase personal awareness and a sense of peace. At this meeting we’ll hear more from Vicky, founder of this profit-for-good, Community Interest Company, and a wellbeing haven for all. Find out how to escape the busyness of your everyday life and take some time to focus on your own wellbeing.
