Life is to be celebrated, and I always feel very honoured when I am asked to be part of the important occasions in anyone's life, so whether the happy times like weddings or namings, or the sadder occasions - I will be there to help guide you through your ceremony.

Humanism to me is about respect for another, about caring for the world in which we live and most importantly treating everyone equally.

One of my favourite quotes comes from Maya Angleou who wrote “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel"

We then meet up again about a month before your big day. At every stage the input I receive from couples is so important and I like to keep up communication throughout their planning. My view is that we have one long conversation from booking to the ceremony.

Extra visits can be arranged and I welcome questions and if I don't know the answers, I always know someone who might, as we are part of a network of Celebrants who have a vast knowledge base, so you won't be surpised to hear that one of us will have heard or done it before! I look forward to helping a couple enter a new phase of their lives.
